Description

Lead and coordinate complex transformation programs in the banking sector, managing multiple parallel workstreams and ensuring business and regulatory goals are delivered effectively. Establish governance and delivery frameworks, monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations, and support change management across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation initiatives and translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into concrete actions and outcomes

• Build and evolve governance structures, delivery models, and program management frameworks

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and collaboration across business areas, organizational units, legal departments, and technology teams

• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, escalations, and prepare decision-support reports

• Drive change management and prepare the organization for implemented initiatives

• Support Project Managers, analysts, and delivery teams and develop best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Extensive experience as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Lead Project Leader in the banking industry

• Documented experience running large transformation programs spanning multiple organizational areas

• Knowledge of program management principles, including governance, risk and dependency management, and executive-level reporting

• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse business and technology areas

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector

• Very strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management

• Ability to make independent decisions, lead teams, and take ownership of achieving program goals
