Description

Lead software delivery programs and help grow the client portfolio within the HMI & Consumer Electronics business unit. The role blends engineering background with program leadership and commercial experience—translating business needs into new opportunities and expanded engagements. You will be responsible for program delivery performance and financial outcomes while partnering with the Account Manager and business leadership to grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program of several projects for key clients, owning delivery performance and business outcomes

• Align program plan priorities, dependencies, and resources across projects

• Own program revenue, margin, and financial forecasts, working with Project Managers to address delivery and commercial risks

• Run steering committees and quarterly business reviews (progress, financial performance, and opportunities for further cooperation)

• Build relationships with client engineering managers, directors, and senior decision-makers; understand roadmaps and priorities

• Turn client needs into opportunities for new projects, additional services, and broader cooperation across teams or business units

• Co-own account development plans with the Account Manager and Business Unit Director; drive growth priorities through decisions

• Contribute to growing the client portfolio by developing new relationships and shaping initial engagements

• Lead the proposal process from initial request to client decision (requirements, proposal team coordination, estimates, pricing, and client presentations)

• Prepare materials for strategic client meetings; contribute to business unit planning, strategy, and budgets

• Lead and develop Project Managers within the program; establish consistent standards for proposals, estimation, and reporting

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 4 years managing programs or large client accounts in software services

• A practical engineering background in software development or systems design

• Ability to assess technical proposals and constructively challenge assumptions and estimates

• Experience leading embedded or cloud software programs

• Experience owning program or account P&L (revenue, costs, margins, and financial forecasts)

• Proven track record leading successful proposals and converting client needs into new projects or expanded engagements

• Solid understanding of Time & Material, Fixed Price, capacity-based and Build-Operate-Transfer commercial models

• Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and contributing to account growth

• Confidence presenting technical and commercial proposals to senior management and leading discussions about delivery, value and investment

• English skills at C1 level or higher
