Description

Lead a complex, multi-team enterprise program aligned with project managers, technical leaders, and stakeholders. Own the end-to-end roadmap, milestone schedule, and timely release delivery while providing full transparency of delivery status and progress. Manage budgets, project profitability, resource allocation, risks, change requests, and resolution of external blockers.

Responsibilities

• Drive an enterprise program across multiple teams in alignment with project managers, technical leaders, and stakeholders

• Oversee end-to-end roadmap, core milestone schedule, and timely release delivery

• Provide transparent delivery status and progress to the client and executive program leadership

• Monitor program budgets, project profitability, and optimize resource allocation

• Identify risks, turn around at-risk delivery, and resolve external blockers

• Assess and process change requests with clear escalation thresholds and protocols

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 10 years as a Program Delivery Manager or Program Lead for multi-team, enterprise-scale initiatives

• Hands-on experience in project financial management (P&L, budget, profitability)

• Background fostering strategic partnerships with corporate clients and managing business and technical stakeholders

• Strategic understanding of SDLC processes, integration architecture, CI/CD pipelines, QA/testing, and incident management

• Leadership mindset focused on delivery governance rather than micro-management

• Full professional English proficiency (min. C1 spoken and written)

• Availability until 6:00 PM CET/CEST to ensure overlap with US-based clients
