Description

Lead transformative projects that shape capital markets infrastructure. You will drive research and implementation phases with clear framing and governance, manage dependencies and unplanned events, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and implementation phases of strategic projects

• Build and maintain detailed project plans; manage dependencies and unplanned events

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for communication and alignment

• Own specific actions and analyses related to project delivery

• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with line managers and governance bodies

• Run project retrospectives to gather insights and improve future execution

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of Project Manager experience in capital markets or related fields

• In-depth knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains and global capital markets products

• Proven experience managing international, complex projects in global financial institutions

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-level executives

• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English

• Legal eligibility to work in the European Union
