Description

Lead and coordinate complex IT initiatives that must comply with GxP regulations. Manage projects end-to-end (planning, delivery, implementation, and closure), ensuring governance, documentation, and process control standards are met. Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, Quality Assurance, and Compliance, while tracking progress, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology/IT projects from planning through implementation and closure

• Define scope, schedule, milestones, and project priorities

• Coordinate delivery of initiatives in a quality- and compliance-driven environment

• Build and maintain governance structures, reporting rules, and decision processes

• Monitor progress, budget, risks, dependencies, and execution quality

• Ensure appropriate project documentation and adherence to agreed standards

• Coordinate collaboration between business, technology, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams

• Manage stakeholder communication and align key project decisions

• Prepare status reports, risk analyses, and steering committee materials

• Identify potential issues and implement mitigation actions

• Oversee change management and control project scope

• Support improvements to project management standards and governance processes

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management or transformation initiatives

• Strong project management capabilities (planning, coordination, supervision)

• Practical experience with projects delivered under GxP requirements

• Solid knowledge of regulated environments and compliance/quality/documentation expectations

• Experience in project governance (governance structures, reporting, decision-making)

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependencies

• Ability to coordinate delivery involving teams from different organization areas

• Experience preparing project documentation and executive status/risk reporting

• Change management experience and capability to run escalation processes

• Independent decision-making, strong organizational and communication skills
