Description

You will serve as a strategic partner for leadership in engineering and IT programs, ensuring effective project governance, planning, reporting, and execution. You will coordinate portfolio reporting, manage a RAID register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and support executive-level communication. The role also includes monitoring milestones, dependencies, operational performance, and ensuring alignment between business strategic goals and engineering service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnership to engineering and IT program leaders through governance, planning, and stakeholder relationship management

• Coordinate project portfolio reporting, manage the RAID register, and run executive-level communication

• Support financial tracking, resource planning, and demand management

• Monitor milestones, project dependencies, and operational performance of delivered solutions

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and strategic status reviews with leadership

• Ensure consistency and synergy between business strategic objectives and actual delivery of engineering services

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in PMO/SMO structures for large-scale IT programs

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies in both Agile and Waterfall

• Advanced communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management

• Experience using PPM tools for project portfolio management and advanced reporting

• Highly developed analytical and organizational skills to connect business and technology perspectives

• Fluent English in speech and writing
