Description

Engineering Lead SMO provides operational oversight and governance for key technology programs, partnering closely with Engineering Leadership to ensure effective execution and delivery of advanced IT initiatives.

The role manages PMO/SMO operations for IT programs—covering planning, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and the creation of reporting frameworks and KPI measures. It also coordinates cross-functional teams and external vendors, while actively supporting digital transformation and technology modernization.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in PMO/SMO

• Strong understanding of the Software Engineering lifecycle and IT service delivery processes

• Advanced risk management capabilities and program/project governance experience

• Proven experience managing complex multi-stream programs

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for assertive interactions with top management

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
