Description

Drive end-to-end projects spanning multiple IT teams, non-IT departments, and external vendors within a PMO. Manage initiatives from 1–2 months up to 1–2 years, coordinating stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery. Own project roadmaps and implement PMO processes using data from Jira, BI, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team project delivery and stakeholder coordination
• Own goal decomposition, documentation, and roadmap visualization
• Set up workflows: communication channels, approvals, checkpoints, and documentation standards
• Identify and mitigate risks; remove blockers to delivery
• Run workshops and working sessions; report project status to key stakeholders
• Create and implement PMO processes using Jira, BI, and DB data

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager (or similar)
• Strong technical background and fintech/financial products domain knowledge
• Project management certification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP)
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools (Claude Code), Jira, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets
• Solid understanding of SDLC and IT specializations (FE, BE, QA, BA, Arch, UX, UI, PO, SM, DevOps)
• Experience with agile product development (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-team collaboration
• Strong soft skills: assertiveness, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation
• Process-oriented mindset, independence, and ability to learn complex domain knowledge quickly
• English proficiency at least C1
