Description

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, ensuring agreed deliverables are delivered at each stage and then handed over smoothly to maintenance. The role supports implementing a portfolio of Group Cybersecurity initiatives to reduce business risk and meet regulatory requirements, including new initiatives and improvements. You will prepare reporting for the steering committee and manage project governance from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity projects end-to-end (initiation to closure)

• Build an integrated project plan, schedule, and critical path analysis

• Maintain RAID registers, decisions, and change logs; escalate issues

• Manage project budget, procurement process, and coordinate with vendors

• Implement solutions and ensure proper handover to maintenance

• Prepare reports for the steering committee

Requirements

• Senior-level experience independently leading complex cybersecurity and IT projects

• Practical knowledge of integrated planning, RAID management and changes, budgeting, and procurement

• Experience collaborating with external providers and managing them

• Experience delivering projects in global and matrix organizations

• Experience implementing solutions and transitioning them to maintenance

• Advanced English proficiency
