Description

You will lead mid- to high-complexity initiatives from planning to implementation, translating business and regulatory requirements into actionable plans. You will manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, and escalations while coordinating teams across business areas and legal entities. You will also prepare status reports and materials for steering committees and presentations, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Run initiatives end-to-end (from planning through delivery)

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into execution plans

• Manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, and escalations

• Coordinate work of teams from different business areas and legal entities

• Prepare status reports, steering committee materials, and presentations

• Collaborate with senior management and ensure consistency of decisions

Requirements

• Experience managing projects or programs with medium to high complexity

• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate teams across different areas

• Strong project governance, reporting, and change management knowledge

• Ability to plan schedules, monitor dependencies and risks, and escalate when needed

• Independent work style and ownership of results

• Comfortable communicating with senior management

• Fluent English communication
