Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery for a content and document management system in the energy sector, built on IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation. The engagement is Fix-Price, while development runs using Scrum and Kanban. You will own scope, schedule, quality, budget, and profitability; manage Agile team synchronization; handle change requests; and report formally in Jira/Confluence to leadership and the client.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project end-to-end: scope, schedule, quality, budget, and profitability

• Manage client relationships with leadership-level meetings and clear formal communication

• Control Fix-Price costs and handle scope changes through Change Requests

• Synchronize multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, remove bottlenecks, and manage cross-team/technology dependencies

• Detect and continuously mitigate contract, project, and technology risks; run escalations

• Ensure requirements are complete before work starts together with the analysis team

• Maintain project documentation and provide status reporting in Jira/Confluence for management and the client

Requirements

• 5–8 years of IT experience; 3–5 years as a Project Manager in complex software development and integration projects

• Documented achievements in Fix-Price projects with strict budget, scope, and schedule

• Practical ability to combine Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with formal PRINCE2 or PMI approach

• Advanced Jira, Confluence, and MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) plus scheduling tools

• Strong ownership: set goals, enforce results, and lead difficult negotiations

• Higher education in a technical, economic, management, or related discipline

• English at least C1 for presentations and business negotiations

• Willingness to travel to key client meetings in Warsaw and abroad
