Description

You will drive and support the implementation of Monday.com across the organization, including design, setup, implementation, and optimization of complex solutions. You will act as an advisor, solution architect, and implementation lead in close collaboration with the business and relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall Monday.com implementation

• Analyze and map business processes into efficient workflows

• Design and configure boards, dashboards, automations, and reporting

• Advise on best practices for using Monday.com

• Plan and conduct workshops with the business and key stakeholders

• Prepare documentation and governance principles

• Design, establish, and maintain integrations between Monday.com and external systems

• Ensure high user adoption through training and knowledge transfer

• Support ongoing optimization of the platform

Requirements

• Monday.com certified

• Minimum 10 years of experience implementing project and work management platforms

• Documented experience with large, complex implementation projects

• Strong experience with integration design and establishment to external systems

• Experience with workflow optimization and digitalization of business processes

• Experience with stakeholder management across the organization

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Fluent Danish and English in writing and speaking

Nice to have

• Experience with retail-, real estate-, or facility management-related organizations

• Integrations to ERP, CRM, HR, and BI solutions

• Change management and organizational implementation

• Training of super-users and end users
