Description

You will review, coordinate, and implement interface changes in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment and provide expert advice and support to HR departments. The role focuses on analyzing change requests, managing interface adjustments, and troubleshooting end-to-end data flow between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will work closely with HR business units to define requirements and design solutions, and coordinate external providers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate change requests for SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT)

• Manage and implement interface adjustments using existing integration technologies such as BIB, BADLe, ALE, and file interfaces

• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Provide expert advice and collaborate with HR business units to define requirements and design solutions

• Coordinate and manage external service providers involved in interface implementation and maintenance

• Support demand management, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management

• Extensive knowledge of technical and functional integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (read and write scenarios)

• Strong analytical skills for complex integration requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability

• Basic ABAP knowledge (welcome) to support collaboration with development teams

• Excellent English communication skills

• Independent, organized, and proactive approach at the senior consultant level
