Implementation Consultant

Mid • On-site

Gdańsk, Pom, Poland

Quick Facts

  • Role: Implementation Consultant (project delivery)

  • Focus: End-to-end implementation of enterprise software for large institutions and commercial clients

  • AI: Daily work with command-line AI tools is required

Description

You will implement enterprise software solutions, including an electronic document workflow system and education platform-based solutions, working with clients from discovery to post-go-live handover. The role covers requirement workshops, solution concept, system configuration, data migration, UAT and training support, and documentation/status reporting. AI usage is mandatory, including hands-on command-line tools for analysis, documentation, configuration, test and training materials, and code-related work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-implementation analysis: run workshops, gather requirements, map processes, and identify gaps

  • Design the target implementation concept: configuration, processes, roles, forms, and obtain formal client approval

  • Independently configure the system and prepare starter data

  • Perform data migration: align import file mapping and verify data quality after import

  • Support UAT and training: prepare test scenarios, coordinate fixes with the product team, and conduct sessions for users and administrators

  • Stabilize and hand over: post-go-live assistance, compile documentation, and transition to the maintenance team

  • Cross-functional tasks: implementation documentation, ongoing client communication, and status/risk reporting to the project manager

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an implementation consultant delivering software in the full deployment cycle (vendor-side), not only maintenance or helpdesk

  • Practical ability to work with command-line AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex CLI or similar)

  • Ability to build AI context and rules, split tasks into steps, and critically verify outputs

  • Ability to configure a business application without coding (roles/permissions, dictionaries, forms, approval flows, document templates, notification rules)

  • Experience running client meetings/workshops and independently aligning requirements

  • Understanding of web application architecture (backend, frontend, database, API, integrations, user login/SSO) sufficient to identify ownership of issues and describe them

  • Ability to quickly learn new products using documentation, test environments, and discussions with the product team

  • Experience preparing implementation documentation (solution concept, configuration documentation, user instructions, test scenarios)

  • Experience conducting group training sessions

  • Willingness to travel to client sites

  • Bachelor’s or Engineer degree
