• Role: Senior Consultant (Webcon)

Description

You will lead pre-implementation analyses, model business processes, and configure Webcon applications/workflows to automate and optimize business processes. You will design, develop, test, and maintain Webcon-based solutions—often including integrations with external systems and data sources—and support go-live with documentation and user training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-implementation analyses for automation and process optimization
• Model processes using Webcon and BPMN
• Configure applications and workflows on the Webcon platform
• Design, develop, and maintain Webcon applications
• Design and implement integrations with external systems and data sources
• Ensure quality, performance, and stability of Webcon-based solutions
• Test deployed solutions
• Support production go-live
• Prepare documentation and user instructions
• Run user training sessions
• Handle user tickets, diagnose issues, and fix errors in live processes
• Maintain and improve a knowledge base (methods and best practices)
• Participate in sales activities

Requirements

• University degree in IT-related or finance-related fields
• At least 3 years of practical experience implementing solutions on the Webcon platform
• Very good knowledge of Webcon platform architecture and how it works
• Experience integrating systems (APIs and data exchange between systems)
• Knowledge of software development concepts
• SQL knowledge
• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Problem-solving mindset
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
• English proficiency for smooth project communication
• Willingness to further develop as a business/IT advisor
