Description

Join a consulting team delivering and enhancing Workday-based HR solutions. You will lead workshops, configure and test Workday implementations, optimize HR processes, and conduct training. You’ll also collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on the Workday platform

• Lead implementation, support, and enhancement activities (workshops, configuration, testing, routine tasks)

• Optimize client HR processes in Workday and propose improvements

• Conduct training and provide functional support

• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve technical problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Consultant with expertise in HRIS, LMS, or Performance Appraisal

• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems with a focus on Workday

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset

• Excellent communication skills in English
