Description

You will gather, analyze, and document requirements for platform, infrastructure, and technology initiatives, then translate business needs into clear work items for engineering teams. You will coordinate delivery across multiple teams by proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers, while maintaining and improving technical documentation. You will also support demand management by qualifying incoming requests and routing them appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for platform, infrastructure, and technology initiatives

• Translate business needs into well-defined work items for engineering teams

• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams; identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early

• Maintain and improve technical documentation (runbooks, process documentation, onboarding materials, architecture overviews)

• Analyze existing processes and technical solutions; find improvement and simplification opportunities

• Prepare stakeholder materials, impact assessments, status updates, and governance documentation

• Support demand management by qualifying incoming requests and routing them appropriately

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, product stakeholders, and delivery teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, IT Business Analyst, or similar role

• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform, or technology-focused environments

• Strong analytical skills; ability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured deliverables

• Good understanding of technical concepts: cloud infrastructure, networking fundamentals, DNS, HTTP/TLS, web technologies

• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders

• English at a level enabling effective communication in an international environment
