Description

Support external partners and stakeholders throughout the system integration lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations, manage minor change requests, and support production deployments. Gather business and technical requirements, translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements, and maintain accurate technical and functional documentation while facilitating workshops and solution demos.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS), APIs, and system integration concepts
• Familiarity with GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Jira, and Confluence
• Structured and independent working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
