Description

Support external partners and stakeholders throughout the system integration lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations, manage minor change requests, and prepare production deployments. Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements, while maintaining technical documentation and facilitating workshops and demos.

Responsibilities

• Support external partners and stakeholders across onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve technical or functional challenges

• Manage minor change requests related to system configurations and integrations

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

• Coordinate and support production deployments

• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements

• Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution demonstrations

Requirements

• Completed studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Basic understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS), APIs, and system integration concepts

• Familiarity with GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Jira, and Confluence

• Structured and independent working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)

• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office
