Description

You will analyze business requirements for implementation in an IT environment and turn them into system and technical requirements for delivery teams. You will coordinate deployments, changes, and the development of IT applications and systems, including integration analysis and UAT coordination. You will also investigate incidents, document system findings, and support stakeholders with reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for IT implementation

• Develop system and technical requirements for delivery teams

• Map business requirements to system functionalities with solution providers

• Coordinate deployment, change, and development activities for IT applications/systems

• Analyze system integrations and support design of system-to-system communication

• Collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, and business stakeholders

• Analyze incidents and identify root causes of system problems

• Coordinate testing (including UAT) and support the rollout process

• Prepare system documentation, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst, or similar

• Strong system and technical analysis competencies

• Experience in IT implementation and development projects

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience collaborating with external vendors and multiple IT teams

• Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and APIs

• SQL used for data analysis and system diagnostics

• Knowledge of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience in large corporate organizations, preferably in banking/insurance/retail/e-commerce/FMCG

• Very good English (at least B2)
