Description

You will analyze and model business processes, gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, and describe them using User Stories. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams, with an emphasis on proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions. You will maintain analytical and technical documentation in Confluence, verify solutions against requirements, and support testing and incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients and development, testing, and administration teams

• Independently analyze and model business processes

• Assess requirement feasibility; identify assumptions and system constraints

• Collect, specify, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Write requirements as User Stories

• Create and update analytical and technical documentation in Confluence

• Oversee project team work and verify solutions align with requirements and assumptions

• Contribute to test plan preparation and verify test scenarios before testing starts

• Support internal testing of delivered solutions

• Support Helpdesk in analyzing and resolving complex incidents

• Cooperate with external software vendors

• Present proposed solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Systems Analyst

• Practical experience gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

• Ability to identify system assumptions and constraints and assess feasibility

• Solid SQL skills for independent data analysis

• Practical knowledge of UML notation; BPMN experience is welcome

• Experience with CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

• Ability to describe requirements with User Stories or Use Cases

• Experience creating technical and training documentation

• Higher education in IT
