Description

You will analyze business functionality from the initial idea through technical implementation. The role includes clarifying business requirements, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and turning them into detailed functional and technical specifications for IT teams. You will also model business processes, data flows, and system integrations, assess the impact of changes, and help translate initiatives into product backlog items and developer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feasibility of business functionalities from concept to technical delivery
• Refine and document business requirements; identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks
• Run workshops and stakeholder interviews to bring requirements to an implementable level
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications
• Model business processes, data flows, and integrations between systems
• Evaluate how planned changes affect existing systems and processes
• Identify impacted systems, teams, and dependencies between initiatives
• Co-create technical documentation
• Co-lead refinements, analytical workshops, and project meetings
• Support estimation and define complexity for changes
• Break down initiatives into product backlog items and prepare tasks for development teams
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, Product Manager, and business partners
• Use AI tools (Claude/Codex) to analyze documentation, explore code, understand existing solutions, and create analytical materials

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or related role
• Ability to run analysis independently from business requirement to a developer backlog
• Experience analyzing integrated systems and identifying data flows between services
• Ability to read technical API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) and understand system communication
• Ability to capture, analyze, organize, and document business and technical requirements
• Understanding of system architecture and component dependencies
• Ability to assess change impact and identify implementation risks
• Ability to support estimation, scope preparation, and refinement
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML for process modeling and system solution design
• High independence and responsibility
• English proficiency for reading, technical correspondence, and technical discussions
• Fluent communication in Polish and English
