Description

You will help customers daily by recommending T-Mobile services and products, informing them about technology updates, and meeting sales goals in a high-tempo environment. After onboarding, you’ll lead technology workshops and can contribute to their content, progressing to become a workshop lecturer. You’ll work with a team that tests new offerings and shares ideas.

Responsibilities

• Sell and actively recommend T-Mobile services and products based on customers’ real needs
• Provide customer care on-site: listen, advise, and resolve specific requests
• Educate: after training, run your own technology workshops and contribute to their creation
• Collaborate with a team of ~15 people
• Work with a mentor at the start; later select a workshop focus, develop its content, and deliver it

Requirements

• Interest in technology with a sales mindset and friendly customer communication
• Ability to work well in a team
• Comfortable with a computer and administrative tasks
• Ability to ask the right questions to identify customers’ real needs and achieve sales targets
• High school education completed with maturita
• Consumer credit knowledge per Act No. 257/2016 Coll. is an advantage
• Sales experience is an advantage; willingness to learn and continuous improvement are key
