Description

Help customers choose from a broad range of telecom services and products and support them with minor technical tasks, such as installing an app. You’ll explain what you offer, work toward sales targets, and start with a mentor for guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting telecom products and services
• Perform small technical tasks (e.g., app installation)
• Present and explain offers (phones, plans, internet, and specialized services such as Smart Car)
• Communicate with customers, ask targeted questions, and identify real needs
• Meet sales goals with a results-driven approach

Requirements

• Completed high school education with a maturita exam
• Passed exams under Czech Act No. 257/2016 Coll. on consumer credit (advantage)
• Ability to get along with colleagues in a team
• Comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
• Ability to communicate with customers and ask questions to understand their needs
• Strong motivation to work, think proactively, and continuously improve
• Prior sales experience is a plus
