Description

Own and grow the household (B2C) segment by driving the marketing mix and creating attractive value propositions for customers. Create, manage, and commercialize key propositions, and define customer journeys for key launches. Shape the vision of products and services using customer feedback, customer needs, and the market landscape, coordinating closely with marketing communication and sales channels.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in segment management (preferably in the telco industry)
• Comfortable working with numbers; ability to clearly explain them and manage financial flows
• Strong command of charts and financial/segment performance reporting
• Creative mindset with fresh ideas
• Communicative and assertive; able to handle meetings and presentations
• Strong organizational skills; able to motivate people and collaborate across departments
• Czech speaking and English at an upper-intermediate level (CV required in English)
• Willingness to work both in the office and in the field, with occasional trips outside Prague
