Description

You will help customers daily, inform them about technology updates, and work toward sales results. The store focuses on understanding customer needs so customers leave with the feeling that you did your best. You’ll support customers with recommendations from the service/product range and with small technical tasks such as app installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing from a wide range of services and products

• Perform minor technical tasks (e.g., app installation)

• Explain and demonstrate offers (phones, tariffs, internet, and specialized services)

• Meet sales goals by asking the right questions and identifying customer needs

• Work with team members and handle basic computer/admin tasks

Requirements

• Interest in technology

• Commercial spirit and a competitive mindset

• Pleasant customer-facing communication

• Ability to work well in a team

• Ability to handle computer use and administrative tasks without issues

• Ability to communicate with customers and ask questions to uncover real needs

• Completed secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)

• Completed exams required by Act No. 257/2016 Coll. (consumer credit) (advantage)

• Sales experience is an advantage; willingness to learn and continuous improvement are key
