Description

You will maintain and further increase the value of a dedicated database of business customers (SMEs). You’ll help clients optimize their service portfolio and regularly present new solutions that make their business easier. Building a strong, long-term customer relationship is a core part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow assigned SME business customers

• Build high-quality customer relationships

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone (occasionally email and video calls)

• Present and introduce new solutions and services

Requirements

• High school diploma with a degree (Maturita)

• Sales skills or potential

• Ability to sell, adapt offers to customer needs, and maintain customer interest

• Empathy and communication skills

• Organizational skills and flexibility

• Ability to plan work and react flexibly to changes

• Stress resilience

• Sense of responsibility and strong work ethic

• Basic PC skills

• Experience with Outlook and basic Excel functions
