Description

As a Sales Manager, you will prospect for new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. You will manage and develop assigned customers through personal and online meetings and participation in client/partner events. Over time, you will also support the unit’s sales and financial management and take responsibility for its results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities and approach potential clients

• Discover client needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Care for assigned customers and grow business opportunities within your portfolio

• Build long-term business relationships via personal and online meetings and client/partner events

• Prepare commercial offers and present proposed solutions

• Coordinate with colleagues on the preparation and delivery of client projects

• Support sales and financial management of the unit and gradually take responsibility for outcomes

Requirements

• At least initial experience in sales (ideally in IT)

• Ability to build contacts, communicate with customers, and develop business relationships

• Independence and desire to bring your own ideas

• Ability to set goals, pursue them, and complete tasks end-to-end

• Ability to accept feedback, learn from mistakes, and work on self-improvement

• Comfort asking questions and ability to defend your viewpoint

• Analytical thinking and interest in the strategic and financial side of sales

• English proficiency at least B2
