Description

Own and develop a customer segment by defining its strategy and priorities, analyzing customer needs and behavior, and translating insights into product, marketing, and commercial initiatives. Lead key initiatives, drive and implement change across the organisation, and use data to influence decisions on the segment’s future direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and take ownership of an assigned customer segment
• Define strategy and priorities; identify growth opportunities
• Analyze customer needs, behavior, data, and segment performance
• Turn insights and feedback into recommendations and commercial activities
• Connect customer needs with business opportunities
• Propose, communicate, and implement initiatives from idea to execution
• Influence key stakeholder decisions shaping the segment

Requirements

• Strong commercial thinking, analytical skills, and customer focus
• Ability to balance customer and business perspectives
• Experience in sales or marketing
• Proven ability to independently lead projects and change initiatives with outcome accountability
• Strong data interpretation and clear communication of insights
• Ability to formulate recommendations, explain value, and gain stakeholder support
• Comfort working independently, setting priorities, and taking ownership
• Czech language proficiency; English upper-intermediate
