Description

You will help customers choose from a wide range of products and services and support them with minor technical tasks, such as installing an app. The store offers not only smartphones, tariffs, and internet, but also specialized services (e.g., Smart Car). You’ll be onboarded with a mentor and work toward sales goals by asking questions that reveal what customers truly need.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting products and services

• Handle small technical support tasks (e.g., app installation)

• Communicate with customers and ask targeted questions to understand needs

• Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Completed secondary education with a high-school diploma (maturita)

• Readiness to work with computers and administrative tasks

• Ability to communicate with customers and ask questions to identify needs

• Team-friendly attitude

• Interest in technology and a sales-oriented mindset

• Requirement based on Act No. 257/2016 Sb. on consumer credit (as stated in the posting)

• Sales experience is an advantage
