Description

You’ll help customers choose the right telecom products and services, including handling small technical tasks such as installing an app. You will receive a mentor at the start and will work with the goal of achieving sales targets through friendly, consultative customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting from a wide range of services and products

• Perform minor technical tasks (e.g., app installation)

• Present and explain offerings including phones, tariffs, internet, and specialized services like “Chytré auto”

• Use questioning to understand what customers truly need and meet sales goals

• Collaborate as part of a team to deliver positive customer experiences

Requirements

• Ability to work well with people in a team

• Can confidently handle computers and administrative tasks

• Strong customer communication and discovery-question skills

• Completed high school education with a high school-leaving exam (maturita)

• Examinations according to Act No. 257/2016 Coll. on consumer credit (advantage)

• Sales experience is an advantage; key is willingness to work, learn, and continuously improve
