Description

You will be responsible for executing the regional sales plan and advancing the company’s commercial interests in the SME segment. The role includes caring for assigned customers, managing a customer service portfolio, analyzing customer needs, acquiring new clients, and presenting complex solutions to achieve set goals.

Requirements

• Sales, communication, and argumentation skills
• Completed education with a maturita exam
• At least 1 year of sales and customer care experience
• At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or selling ICT services
• Target-oriented approach
• Ability to actively listen and effectively handle arising situations
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Consistency, attention to detail, and end-to-end problem-solving mindset
• Active driver; valid driving license category B
