Description

Support the school authority and schools with the selection and implementation of hardware and software. Integrate operating systems and specialist applications, maintain networks and systems, and provide user support onsite or via remote maintenance. Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) for the media center and connected schools.

Responsibilities

• Support the school authority and schools in selecting and implementing hardware and software solutions
• Integrate operating systems and subject/specialist software
• Maintain and service networks and IT systems
• Support users onsite or through remote maintenance
• Coordinate the deployment of external service providers
• Administer Mobile Device Management for the media center and affiliated schools

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemelektroniker or comparable qualification plus several years of relevant professional experience and in-depth subject knowledge
• Practical experience installing and administering server and client operating systems, including server virtualization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems
• Independent, self-driven working style
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
