Description

You will strengthen IT Operations Management teams working on Digital Workplace initiatives, client management and deployments, mobile device/mission communications, and IT servicedesk support. The role includes working with end users on new technology projects, administering telephony/collaboration/video conferencing solutions, supporting mobile IT solutions, and providing IT support and consultation for users.

Responsibilities

• Work with direct user contact in Digital Workplace and participate in projects involving new technologies
• Contribute to automated installations and the selection and rollout of new hardware and software in client management
• Administer and maintain telephony, collaboration, and video conferencing solutions
• Support IT solutions for mobile operations and mission communications
• Provide IT support and advice in the IT servicedesk

Requirements

• German citizenship
• Completed degree (Bachelor/Diploma (FH)) in Informatics, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering or a comparable IT-focused program
• IT knowledge in at least one of: IT service management/ITIL, client management and deployment, mobile devices and MDM, or VoIP/networking and SBC
• Willingness for occasional business travel and ongoing professional development
• Enjoy working with modern hardware and software
• Strong customer/service mindset, communication, and teamwork skills
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• Pass written and oral aptitude tests and the required security screening

• Salary: unbefristet with pay group E11 TV EntgO Bund; annual gross salary range €53,206–€81,615 depending on degree recognition and prior experience
