Description

You will handle support requests, prioritize them, and categorize them in a ticketing system. You’ll support users and customers with the company’s custom software and related hardware products, analyze user/system issues, and develop suitable solutions. The role also involves working with cloud and server technologies (Microsoft Azure, MS-SQL, MS-IIS) as well as Android and mobile network technologies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and categorize support requests in a ticketing system

• Support customers in using custom-developed software and related hardware products

• Analyze end-user and system problems and work out appropriate solutions

• Work with cloud/server technologies (Microsoft Azure, MS-SQL, MS-IIS) and with Android and mobile networks

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or degree, or equivalent practical knowledge

• Independent, engaged, solution-oriented approach

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility and enjoyment working in a dynamic environment with short decision paths

• Very good German and good English skills
