Description

You will work in a Digital Workplace team with direct user contact and projects around new workplace technologies. The role focuses on client management (including automated installations and rollout of new hardware/software), administering phone, collaboration, and video conferencing solutions, and contributing to mobile mission communications. You will also act as a central IT service desk point for user support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support end users directly and participate in technology-focused projects

• Manage client operations: automated installations; select and introduce new hardware and software

• Administer and maintain telephony, collaboration, and video conferencing solutions

• Work on mobile deployment for mission communications

• Provide IT service desk support as the central point for all IT requests

Requirements

• German citizenship

• Completed IT-focused degree (Bachelor/Diploma (FH)) in relevant fields

• IT knowledge/experience in at least one of: IT service management & ITIL, client management & deployment, mobile devices & MDM, or VoIP/networking with SBC

• Willingness for occasional business travel and ongoing professional development

• Pass written and oral aptitude/eligibility tests

• Security clearance required
