• Schedule: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm EST

Description

Provide advanced primary care (and/or specialty care) to patients by performing physical exams, documenting histories, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, and creating care plans. You will order and interpret tests and diagnostic imaging, administer or prescribe treatments and vaccines, and counsel patients on prevention and health practices. When needed, you will consult appropriate specialists and refer patients within the network.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult Geriatrics)

• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license

• National Board Certification (AANP and/or ANCC and/or ONCC)

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus

• EMR/EHR experience is a plus

• New graduate Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply
