Description

Multiple openings for Nurse Practitioners across women’s health, house calls, urgent care, primary care, dermatology, gynecology, pain management, and psychiatry (hybrid/remote). The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient-centered care by examining, diagnosing, treating patients, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Role Description / Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information
• Document medical, family, and social history; review of systems; examinations; medications; allergies; assessment; and plan
• Order or execute tests, analyses, and diagnostic imaging
• Analyze test and exam reports to diagnose conditions
• Administer or prescribe treatments
• Order lab and imaging tests to support an immediate treatment plan
• Vaccinate patients
• Advise patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Consult medical specialists when necessary and refer within the network

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult Geriatrics)
• Current New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner
• National Board Certification required (AANP or ANCC; ONCC listed)
