• Role: Operations & Business Development Manager for a customer service project

Description

You will design and continuously improve scalable operations processes across the entire customer journey. You will manage end-to-end project delivery as the central point of contact, lead team leads and a mix of permanent and freelance team members, and use KPI analysis to drive operational decisions. You will collaborate closely with Recruiting, Training, Quality, and Tech to shape the strategic development of the operations setup.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously develop scalable processes along the customer journey

• Own end-to-end project management for client stakeholders

• Lead team leads and permanent and freelance team members

• Analyze relevant KPIs and derive operational measures

• Collaborate with Recruiting, Training, Quality, and Tech

• Actively contribute to the strategic development of the operations setup

Requirements

• Solid experience in operations or project management, ideally including building structures or processes from scratch

• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong decisiveness in dynamic situations

• Clear, reliable communication in German and English

• Experience leading remote teams
