Description

Support a large, ongoing customer project in the banking environment with an emphasis on contract and scope control. The role requires rapid, pragmatic onboarding into the project’s factual and contractual context and strong negotiation abilities with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent internal interests in a large running project

• Quickly onboard into the project’s contractual and subject-matter environment

• Align new demands from the client with the agreed scope of services

• Clearly define what is outside the agreed scope and consistently negotiate accordingly

• Conduct difficult conversations and negotiations at eye level, including with leadership

• Prepare argumentation lines, decision papers, and escalations for management

• Steer Change Requests and addendum topics together with specialist teams and sales

• Document agreements, decisions, and deviations

Requirements

• Long-term experience in project management, ideally in projects with demanding stakeholder environments

• High assertiveness, persistence, and confident presence, even under pressure

• Negotiation skills and ability to set clear boundaries

• Fast comprehension and pragmatic, solution-oriented work approach

• Experience with scope-, change-, and claim-management

• Understanding of contractual frameworks is an advantage
