Description

Manage and deliver service projects with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Plan and control service project execution, coordinate internal and external technicians, conduct acceptance tests with customers, and report to both customers and internal teams. Support the project team through onboarding and continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external technicians

• Run successful customer acceptance tests

• Contribute operationally to projects when needed

• Coordinate customer complaints in alignment with Sales

• Report to customers and internal stakeholders

• Onboard and develop team members

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience in leading and developing employees

• Technical understanding with a hands-on mindset

• At least 3 years of project management experience

• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training

• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record (no entries)

• Very good English skills and good German skills
