Description

You will take operational ownership of iGaming projects: translate business vision into detailed tasks, coordinate multiple teams (Dev, UI/UX, SEO, Support), and ensure changes ship as ready, working product. You will run project routines (daily status, planning, retros), perform staging QA, and handle bug triage and production incidents. You will also support Product Discovery with user stories and acceptance criteria, UX/UI and Figma prototypes, and player research-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Dev → UI/UX → SEO → Support handoffs to prevent delays and unblock deployment

• Maintain a clean Jira/Asana backlog with no vague or hanging items

• Manage deployment readiness: track status with developers, confirm hotfix plans, and provide go-ahead for releases

• Lead daily 10–15 minute status updates; identify blockers and keep the team focused on outcomes

• Run planning with developers to gather estimates and assign ownership

• Facilitate retros and implement concrete improvements each sprint

• Perform final QA on staging (as an end-user) and sign off that the feature works correctly

• Monitor and respond to platform reliability issues; ensure language versions and website texts look right

• Convert business assumptions into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Analyze user flows, collaborate with the UX/UI designer, and build quick no-code prototypes before engineering

• Conduct user research (surveys/interviews) and filter needs into actionable items for the Product Owner

• Run UX checks before major releases

• Proactively propose improvements to UI/UX and feature logic

• Use CS2/iGaming trend and competitor insights to recommend features to the Product Owner

• Apply MVP thinking (about 20% effort for about 80% impact)

• Triage production incidents: assess impact and urgency, and notify the right people early

• Debug with developers, decide on quick mitigations (rollback/feature flag/disable), and coordinate fixes and verification

• Confirm fixes on production and close incidents with a short report and backlog follow-up if needed

Requirements

• Experience independently decomposing business-driven project and technical tasks in Jira or Asana

• Strong genuine interest in iGaming, e-sports, and the CS2 ecosystem

• Ability to work under time pressure and bring order to chaos in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours, including weekends, with fast response expectations

• Experience in smaller agile structures (startups or small software houses)

• Practical bug triage skills: validate and reproduce issues before escalating to the Product Owner

• Practical use of AI tools in everyday work (effective prompting and automation)

• Concrete, assertive communication style; comfort leading difficult conversations and enforcing decisions

• Proactive, open collaboration and ability to gather the right information from developers
