Description

Drive and coordinate the development of a new web version of an internal logistics and transportation information system built on Angular and C# .NET Core with Oracle. You will manage business-to-project analysis, define plans and milestones, coordinate delivery, and oversee integration of the system—especially with the SAP financial environment. You will also coordinate integration and acceptance testing and manage risks and dependencies across teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Finalize business and project analysis and translate business requirements into project assignments

• Define development stages, priorities, schedule, and key milestones

• Manage and coordinate development of the next generation of the internal logistics and transportation system

• Coordinate work between external SW vendors, internal developers, and key users

• Coordinate integration activities between the internal system and the SAP financial system

• Collaborate with business, IT, and SAP specialists to define integration requirements, data flows, and interfaces

• Coordinate analysis, development, testing, and deployment of integration interfaces

• Manage dependencies, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues

• Organize and coordinate integration and acceptance testing

• Motivate project and development teams and ensure delivery timelines are met

• Ensure project, technical, and user documentation is created and kept up to date

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager / IT Project Manager

• Experience and strong overview of software development (backend/frontend), requirements prioritization, development management, and process optimization

• Experience with Agile methods and knowledge of Scrum

• Ability to manage projects involving integration of multiple information systems

• Basic orientation in integration principles (APIs, data interfaces, data flows, enterprise data exchange)

• Familiarity with SAP and ability to communicate with SAP consultants and vendors

• Ability to coordinate integration requirements between business, development teams, and SAP specialists

• Excellent knowledge of Jira

• Active English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; independence and problem-solving ability
