Description

You will take responsibility for client projects from receiving the order through implementation and serve as the main point of contact for clients. The role includes running kickoff, status, and acceptance meetings, translating requirements into JIRA tasks, planning team work, and monitoring deadlines and hourly budget while reporting progress to clients. You will also prepare estimates and scope descriptions together with the technical team and support the CEO with ongoing administrative and marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce and dedicated application projects for clients

• Run client meetings (kickoff, status, acceptance)

• Collect requirements and convert them into tasks in JIRA

• Plan team work and ensure timelines are met

• Control hourly budget and report progress to clients

• Prepare estimates and scope descriptions with the technical team

• Support the CEO with current administrative and marketing tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software house, interactive agency, or e-commerce

• Comfortable with JIRA and Confluence

• Practical, accountable use of AI in daily work (analysis, materials, process improvements with verification)

• Understanding of how an online store and a web application are built; can communicate with developers

• Confidence in client communication: manage scope and budget and clearly communicate when changes require additional estimates

• Good work organization and careful written communication
