Description

You will support the delivery and ongoing development of digital projects by combining business analysis, requirements engineering, project coordination, and day-to-day Product Owner support. The role involves translating business needs into clear requirements and tasks, maintaining priorities, backlogs, and delivery plans, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. You will also set up and maintain Jira projects and use AI tools to assist analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and technical requirements

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and delivery tasks

• Support Product Owners and key stakeholders in day-to-day project activities

• Take ownership of delegated scope areas; act as proxy Product Owner when required

• Maintain priorities, scope, backlogs, and delivery plans

• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

• Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, boards, and task structures

• Coordinate operational activities and project work

• Track and communicate progress, decisions, risks, blockers, and dependencies

• Collaborate with business, product, design, and engineering teams

• Use AI tools to support analysis and documentation

• Follow assigned activities through to completion

Requirements

• Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar hybrid role

• Professional proficiency in both German and English (mandatory)

• Practical experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements

• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices

• Hands-on experience configuring Jira

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

• Ability to work across both operational and project environments

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, ownership-driven approach; ability to work independently and collaborate effectively

• Openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of everyday work
