Description

You will lead mobile app projects, create and maintain product backlogs, and define the product vision and direction. You’ll gather and clarify business and technical requirements so developers and QA can execute and test effectively, working closely with developers, UX/UI specialists, and QA to verify progress at each stage and remove blockers. You’ll also maintain project documentation and coordinate with other departments to keep teams aligned.

Responsibilities

• Run mobile app projects end-to-end

• Create product backlog, plan activities, and define the product vision and roadmap direction

• Collect and define business and technical requirements in a complete, clear way for developers and testers

• Deliver projects in close collaboration with developers, UX/UI, and QA

• Verify task completion and progress at each project stage

• Remove obstacles and foster healthy communication across teams

• Create and update project documentation

• Collaborate with other teams within the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing mobile application projects

• Understanding of the digital product development process with emphasis on mobile apps

• Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines

• Understanding of the publication process for App Store and Google Play

• Knowledge of native mobile technology capabilities and limitations

• Basic knowledge of Web API and client-server communication

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Hands-on use of project management tools: Jira, YouTrack

• Logical and technical thinking skills

• Ability to use AI daily, understanding capabilities, limitations, and drawbacks

• Ability to analyze data, prioritize, and drive toward goals

• Ownership mindset and ability to set an engagement example for the team

• Ability to communicate with technical stakeholders

• Communicative English proficiency
