Description

You will lead IT projects that support organizational development, especially initiatives related to ERP systems, integrations, and business process transformation. The role includes planning and execution through implementation and stabilization, while coordinating business, IT, and external vendors. You will also support the business in defining requirements and translating needs into project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation and planning through implementation and stabilization

• Build and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders and steering committees

• Coordinate collaboration across business areas, IT teams, and external suppliers

• Manage scope, budget, risks, communication, dependencies, and project changes

• Support the business in defining requirements and translating organizational needs into project activities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support development initiatives

• Promote and develop a project culture within the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading IT projects

• Experience delivering ERP-based projects using SAP

• Experience managing projects involving multiple business areas and systems

• Practical knowledge of systems integration

• Experience collaborating with management and steering committees

• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively at different levels

• Strong organization, independence, and decision-making ability

• English knowledge enabling work in a project environment

• Ability to work under stress and maintain effectiveness in a demanding project environment
