Description

Manage end-to-end delivery for a banking-sector program, aligning execution with business goals, schedule, budget, quality, and risk mitigation. Lead project teams and coordinate both internal units and external vendors, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, with required quality and compliance. Prepare and present status reports, progress updates, and risk/decision communications for project sponsors.

Requirements

• End-to-end program/project management experience using established project management methodologies

• Banking sector experience

• Ability to manage business goals, schedule, budget, quality, and risk identification/mitigation

• Experience managing project teams (delegation, motivation, engagement)

• Knowledge of project budget planning and control using internal tools, procedures, and organizational regulations

• Experience coordinating external vendors and internal units with oversight of timeliness, quality, and compliance

• Strong communication skills for status reporting, progress updates, and escalation to sponsors

• Practical knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office

• Leadership, independence, proactivity, and strong accountability

• English proficiency at least C1
