Description

You will lead an IT project end-to-end within the SDLC using Agile/SCRUM, coordinating a cross-functional team and ensuring delivery through clear goals, milestones, and prioritized backlog management. You will collaborate closely with developers, testers, and DevOps, manage risks, run regular status updates with the customer and delivery team, and monitor SLA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a cross-functional team (~10 people: developers, testers)
• Drive project execution from start to finish using Agile/SCRUM
• Set clear objectives, build schedules, and define key milestones
• Manage the task backlog and prioritize work
• Work directly with developers, testers, and DevOps
• Manage project risks: communicate threats and risks to stakeholders and prepare alternative plans
• Build partner relationships with customers and run regular status meetings (customer and delivery team)
• Handle project documentation and the release process
• Monitor SLA
• Continuously identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, remove daily blockers, mentor the team, and maintain a high work culture

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT project management experience; knowledge of software delivery specifics and comfort with technical topics
• Experience working directly with developers
• Experience with Scrum and Agile project management
• English business communication at least B2 (speaking and writing)
• Familiarity with project organization tools such as Jira and Confluence
