Description

You will coordinate and manage IT projects for trusted services, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective organization, communication, and delivery aligned with agreed priorities. The role includes planning and monitoring work, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress and timelines, identifying risks and dependencies, and facilitating team work (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). You will also support continuous improvements in the team’s way of working and maintain clear information flow between the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects

• Plan activities and deliver agreed goals

• Use and translate the roadmap into project plans and actions

• Maintain project documentation, prepare status updates and reports

• Monitor progress, deadlines, and agreements

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues; respond early

• Organize and facilitate team collaboration

• Run project/team meetings (planning, daily, retrospectives)

• Support improvements to the team’s delivery process

• Ensure effective information flow between the team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in independently managing IT projects

• Knowledge of project management principles and practical application in daily work

• Experience in planning, monitoring progress, and managing risks and dependencies

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and practical experience using its elements

• Strong understanding of the software development process and related concepts

• Independence, accountability, and good work organization

• English knowledge enabling comfortable work with technical documentation (min. B2)
